WHY SOFT LAUNCH?
I had originally hoped to open much earlier, but it took longer than I expected to obtain my business license, health permit, setting up the online shop, testing at the commissary kitchen, and waiting for my new Silvanas boxes (among many other things!), production just started a couple of days ago.
I have a prior commitment starting October 17, and I’ll be back on November 11 that's why I am doing a soft launch to test this new online store (ordering and payment process) and pick up. During the time that I am away, I’ll be working behind the scenes to refine everything—improving my menu, baking schedule, and addressing any issues that come up during this soft launch phase.
PICK UP LOCATION AND WHAT ARE THE DAYS/TIME OF PICKUP NEXT WEEK DURING SOFT LAUNCH?

October 14–16, from 1 PM to 5 PM. If this time doesn’t work for you, feel free to email me—I’ll do my best to work something out!

HOW DO I STORE MY SILVANAS & HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Please place your Silvanas in the freezer as soon as you get home and freeze them for about an hour before eating. The Silvanas are best enjoyed within approximately six months as long as they are kept in the freezer.
DO YOU PLAN ON ADDING MORE ITEMS TO YOUR MENU?
Yes, definitely! When I return to work, I’ll be expanding the menu so you can once again enjoy your favorite treats — including our Ube Chiffon Cake, Ube Flan Cupcakes, Macarons, Ube Cheesecake, and more!
